From time to time, we take photographs and videos during our church services, Sunday school, and special events. These images may be used for church-related purposes such as social media, our website, printed materials, and in-house advertisements. We value your privacy and seek your consent before using any photographs of you or your child(ren).

Consent Agreement:
I, the undersigned, grant Northlake Christian Church permission to use photographs and/or videos taken of myself and/or my child(ren) in connection with church activities for the following purposes:

·       Church social media (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.)

·       Church newsletters and bulletins

·       In-house displays and promotional materials

·       Other church-related publications

I understand that these images may be used in an appropriate and respectful manner and that no personal details such as names or contact information will be disclosed without additional consent. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary, and I can revoke my consent at any time by notifying the church in writing.
